Frances Padilla, born in The Bronx, New York and later moved with her family to beautiful Island of Puerto Rico, kept her two cultures always alive. She started at a young age to show her interest in drama and modeling. Always being a people person, she decided to study Communications since that was the only channel that combined every aspect of her passions.
Majored in Public Relations and Advertising and later decided to also study Business Administration. She has been involved in different aspects of her profession working in Radio, Television, Magazines, and even owned her own Modeling Academy for five years. With all this she always continued to help other business owners pursue their dreams of business growth and stability.
After having worked for fortune 500 companies, both business executives and small businesses, she dedicated her time and efforts to create the First Hispanic Business Fair, and Fashion Awareness Couture for Autism. She went on to conduct Professional Business Image Seminars for large companies such as FedEx, Instituto de Ojos y Piel , UPR (University of Puerto Rico) and Orange County Public Schools, who made her an honorary teacher for young kids in the subject of good manners. She used this platform to create and become the CEO/FOUNDER of Frances Padilla Consulting and through this business help others achieve their professional and business goals by keeping them a step up from their competitors though Public Relations and Marketing, innovative strategies, Social Media and E-Commerce and Business Administration.
